Weight Training or Running To Burn Fat?

Weight training is better at burning fat than running and resistence traing with weights demands more energy and raises your metabolic rate.

Once your metabolic rate raises you burn more fat when you have stopped excercising.

 Running is still good for you but putting 30 mins in the gym lifting weights will hopefully see better results.

Yes, rowing machines do work, they give you a very good upper and lower body workout.

On the rowing machine the upper body is responsible for 50 per cent of the stroke length but your legs provide 70 per cent of the power.

Your legs start the stroke off with your body trunk held firm. Your upper body then kicks in with your legs to go faster with your stroke ending with your arms in your chest, the the whole stroke starts again.
